Ads have a trait that most people don’t know about. When it is ignored you will spend a fortune with no results.

In this article, you will learn what this trait is and you will know how to use it to your benefit.

Ad Fatigue

Imagine you are with a group of friends and say a hilarious joke that everybody laughs at, you keep going with the joke saying it again and again.

After a while it will no longer be funny, it will only be annoying.

So if you want to make everybody laugh you will have to come up with another joke.

Ads suffer from the same problem it is called ad fatigue.

Instead of getting some awkward looks you will get no results.

Fixing ad fatigue

So how do we fix ad fatigue?

We are going to need to use the information given to us.

In other words, we will have to read charts. Not the most fun thing but very effective.

First, we run an ad for a week or two, then we look at what the cost per result is. (The result can be anything from clicking a link to filling out a form).

Then we look at if it is growing. If it is, we change something about the ad.

For long-term ad campaigns, you will want to do this constantly. if you do you will have a more successful ad campaign.

We always check for ad fatigue when we are working with clients so that their ads can be as effective as possible.
